Carbone 14 studio is a design agency founded by Julien Gorrias. The studio develops objects, furniture and scenography from background research on materials, uses and know-how. Each project combines experimentation, precise manufacturing and dialogue with demanding industrial sectors.
The SHEPHERD'S RETURN is the culmination of two years of research into the contemporary applications of French wool. Created in partnership with Traille and Laulhère, this prototype emphasizes the structural and tactile properties of wool, providing a straightforward, sustainable, and respectful approach to transformation.
