Guillaume Delvigne

Designer

Guillaume Delvigne studied at the École de Design Nantes Atlantique and Politecnico di Milano. After graduating in 2002, he started with great designers such as George J. Sowden or Marc Newson, between Milan and Paris, before starting solo. In 2011, he inaugurated his first personal exhibition at the ToolsGalerie and won the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris. He works with industrialists, publishers and artisans, mainly in furniture, object and luminaire. Its clients are large French houses such as Hermès, Pierre Frey or Ligne Roset, foreign companies such as Eldvarm or Hanoia, as well as young publishers such as Hartô or Furniture for Good.

Silhouette Vase

At the invitation of Chénel Processes and Marine Peyre (external link) imagining a "collectible" object made of HoneyComb paper, Guillaume Delvigne offers a series of large vases, designed around a common base, composed of a glass container and a solid wood base. The ensemble is then capped with a HoneyComb paper crown cut and expanded, creating a poetic silhouette with a strong presence. Guillaume designed a family of several shapes, offering different proportions, colours and personalities.
