Line & Raphaël design custom parts combining cabinetmaking and 3D printing. Their work combines traditional know-how, exploration of innovative materials and finishes to create a sculptural art furniture where volumes, textures and light dialogue between tradition and modernity.
Envisioned as a harmonious pair, the ÉTOILE and ASTRAL tables form a seamless and sculptural arrangement. Each tabletop features a central aperture with a mirror, which reflects a 3D-printed design, creating an illusion of boundless depth. Marquetry, achieved by inverting the wood grain, interacts with light and texture, creating a nuanced conversation between technique and aesthetics.
