Design Studio

Since 2011, Noir Vif design studio founded by André Fontes and Guillaume Lehoux, has been creating and bringing to life projects that combine creativity, relevance and sustainability.

Noir Vif supports its partners, institutions, industrial companies and craftsmen in their innovative new objects, services or spaces design projects. The studio intervene from the (re)definition of the design need to the accompaniment of the production phase when necessary and all the intermediate conception and validation stages.

Radiant Wallpaper

This project investigates the potential of utilizing traditional block-printing techniques to create functional patterns for wallpaper. In addition to its aesthetic appeal, it examines electrical conductivity and radiant heating, thereby introducing innovative perspectives for design and craftsmanship. The project was developed with the support of the Bettencourt Schueller Foundation.
