The game board was created using the deep-drawing technique, a stretching process that takes advantage of the malleability of metal. Unlike traditional metalworking techniques, the material is left undamaged. With a repetitive, geometric pattern inspired by the mashrabiya, the chosen motif is that of a checkerboard. Chrome-plated steel balls bring this uneven terrain to life.
