Wilfried+ is a research and creative workshop on materials and crafts.
Designed as a laboratory of artisanal experiments, the workshop develops a plural approach around the notion of doing with. By questioning actions, tools and practices, the workshop seeks to reconcile creation and responsibility, innovation and memory.
The MONOLITH wall light, originating from the Terre de Verre (Glass Earth) research initiative, elevates glass dust, a recycling byproduct that is frequently overlooked and discarded.By merging the expertise of ceramics and glassmaking, Wilfried Becret transforms this material into durable, aesthetically pleasing, and ethically produced pieces that are entirely recycled and recyclable.
