This shoulder set conceals a miniature universe: the "Gardens" brooch, from which the "Primary Forest" brooch distinctly emerges.
Crafted from an assortment of hand-dyed Japanese papers for the foliage, it is supported by a hand-shaped and assembled brass "suspension bridge" structure, which is then patinated, resulting in a prototype that is both delicate and structured.
Brooch Primary forest: feathers, foam agate, chrysoprase, titanium, lacquered brass leaves, blackened silver. Stones cut on work.
